How do I modify or cancel my order?
We strive to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible and for that reason there is a very small window for us to cancel orders once they are placed on our website. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Care

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Sometimes our confirmation emails end up in your spam or junk email folder, this should be the first place you look. If this happens you will need to make Xnaisb an approved sender to your email account. If you still cannot find your email order confirmation please contact us.
