Refund policy

At Xnaisb, we design every piece with reliable materials that keeps you comfortable and happy. If you are not satisfied, simply return any unworn merchandise with the original tag within 30 days of purchase.



International Customers:

Please note that web-initiated returns are not available for international customers at this time.

The fine print:
  • For your ease and convenience, a printable shipping label will be provided upon submission of your return. Please note: A $7.95 shipping charge (plus applicable tax) will be deducted from the amount of your refund. This label is for use in the United States only.
    • We do not take returns on final sale / clearance items or as otherwise designated at the time of purchase.
    • Due to health concerns, all mask, gaiter, and bandana sales are final – no returns or exchanges.
    • Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with the original tag.
    • All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. No exceptions.
    • Once your package is received in the Xnaisb warehouse, it can take up to 4 business days for our returns department to process your return. During our busy season, turnaround time can be longer; however, we will do everything we can to complete your return in a timely manner.
    • After your return is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to credit your cash back.
    • Returning a gift? All gift returns will be credited back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. No exceptions.
    • Products are eligible for a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
      We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping for eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee (Checkout+) at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during checkout, there will be no additional charge for returning eligible item(s) to us. If you choose not to pay this fee, you may be subject to a higher shipping and handling fee based on the rates in effect at the time you return your item(s).
      Please note: This service does not exempt your order from final sale terms or other store policies.
