When will my order arrive?

Please allow 5-7 days by Expedited Shipping and 10-15 days by Standard Shipping to deliver. (or longer in case of unexpected circumstances) for delivery.  Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your order may include multiple tracking links and arrive in separate packages.

Although we are making every effort to ensure an accurate estimated delivery date at the time of order, unforeseen delays during consecutive public holidays or holiday season can occur. Should your order experience any delays, we will send additional communications with updated delivery information.

Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

How can I track the status of my package?

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. 

Your order may include multiple tracking links and arrive in separate packages.Some tracking links may not be available right away pending stock availability. In such cases, please check back again or contact a Customer Service agent at +862 52066313

You can also track your order by simply going to Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).

If you do not have a account yet, set one up under My Account.

If you do not wish to create an account, you can track your order by entering your order number and email address under Track Your Order.

When will my order ship?

All eligible orders are packaged carefully in the nearest available warehouses, and will be dispatched within 48 business hours of their placement. Orders placed over the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped on the following business day. You’ll receive a shipping notification email containing the order tracking number once it’s shipped.

  • Standard Shipping by global mail usually takes 10 ~ 15 days en route, and your order is supposed to deliver 15 ~ 20 days upon its placement.
